16.     MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2008], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

18.      Further discussion on the following resolution moved by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro on 27th July, 2009:-

 

 

 

“This House recommends that the loans written off by the Government Departments, Banks and Financial Institutions so far may be recovered immediately.”.

The House recommends that the authority to allot Government accommodations on out of turn basis be withdrawn.”.

R E S O L U T I O N S

21.      NAWABZADA MIR HAJI LASHKARI RAISANI to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that use, sale and production of Tobacco be   banned in the country.”.

 

22.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that PIA may operate flights between Islamabad-Kashgar-Uromqi to facilitate general public of the area.”.

 

23.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED, PROF. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN AND MST. AFIA ZIA to move the following resolution:-

 

 

“This House expresses deep concern over increasing number of traffic accidents in the country and resolves that the Government must ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, rules and regulations.”.

“This House recommends that stipends be granted to all the unemployed educated persons in the country.”.    

 

25.    MST. AFIA ZIA to move the following resolution:-

         

“This House recommends that the male persons working in girls schools, colleges, and universities in the country, except security personnel, may be substituted with female employees.”.

26.      Discussion on the following motion moved by Mr. Abdul Haseeb Khan on 5th April, 2011:-

 

The House may discuss the health policy of the Government with particular reference to registration and pricing of drugs, National Health Programmes and formation of drug regulatory authority in the light of 18th Amendment in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”.
