to present report of the Committee for the period from 10th November,
2009 to 8th March, 2011.
4. MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal
Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar
Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2011], as reported by the Standing Committee, be
taken into consideration at once.
5. MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal
Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar
Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2011] be passed.
6. MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to provide for the
recognition and enforcement of arbitration agreements and foreign arbitral
awards [The Recognition and Enforcement (Arbitration Agreements and Foreign
Arbitral Awards) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into
consideration.
