(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Mir Wali Muhammad Badini on the alleged rude, arrogant and unbecoming behaviour of Project Director, Chaghi Water Management and Agriculture Development Project, Balochistan, be condoned till today.

(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Mir Wali Muhammad Badini on the alleged rude, arrogant and unbecoming behaviour of Project Director, Chaghi Water Management and Agriculture Development Project, Balochistan.

PRIVILEGES - PRESENTATION OF:

 

6.      SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Syed Sajid Hussain Zaidi on the alleged cancellation of his confirmed seat from Sukkur to Karachi by the PIA authorities.

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

7.      DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to move that the Bill to provide for reorganization of statistical system in Pakistan [The General Statistics (Reorganization) Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

8.      DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to move that the Bill to provide for reorganization of statistical system in Pakistan [The General Statistics (Reorganization) Bill, 2011] be passed.

“The House may discuss the statement of Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, Minister for Information and Broadcasting, made in the House on 4th May, 2011, on US operation on Pakistan soil on   2nd May, 2011, and its implications.”.
