10.    MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2008], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

11.    MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2008] be passed.

The House may discuss the health policy of the Government with particular reference to registration and pricing of drugs, National Health Programmes and formation of drug regulatory authority in the light of 18th Amendment in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”.

16.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move that the House may discuss the Trade Policy of the Government.

 

17.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the overall performance of OGDC with particular reference to the discovery of petroleum and gas reservoirs in the country.

R E S O L U T I O N S

 

22.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that amount of outstanding loans granted by the Government for the construction of houses to the affectees of 8th October, 2005 earthquake be written off.”. 

 

23.    HAFIZ RASHID AHMAD to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government may announce Special Development Package for Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to bring the areas at par with other parts of the country.”.

 

 

24.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED, PROF. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN AND MST. AFIA ZIA to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House expresses deep concern over increasing number of traffic accidents in the country and resolves that the Government must ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, rules and regulations.”.

 

 

 

 

25.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

         

“This House recommends that effective steps be taken to control the sale of spurious drugs in the country.”.

 

26.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move the following resolution:-
