REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE : PRESENTATION OF

 

3.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs and Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the Finance (Amendment) Bill, 2010, for making recommendations thereon to the National Assembly in terms of      Article 73(1) of the Constitution.

 

MOTION

 

4.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 [The Banking Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2009], be condoned till today.

5.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 [The Banking Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2009].

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

 

6.      NAWABZADA GHAZANFAR ALI GUL, Adviser to the Prime Minister, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) [The Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

7.      NAWABZADA GHAZANFAR ALI GUL, Adviser to the Prime Minister, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) [The Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Bill, 2010] be passed.

8.      Further discussion on the following Motion moved by Syed Nayyer Hussain Bokhari, Leader of the House, on 5th May, 2010:-
