3.      SENATOR SHAHID HASSAN BUGTI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat, Inter-Provincial Coordination and Special Initiatives, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) [The Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Bill, 2010], be condoned till today.

 

REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE - PRESENTATION OF:

 

4.      SENATOR SHAHID HASSAN BUGTI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat, Inter-Provincial Coordination and Special Initiatives, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) [The Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Bill, 2010].

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

5.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [The Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

6.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [The Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010] be passed.
