(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under             sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Haji Ghulam Ali regarding irresponsible attitude of Muharrar and Station House Officer (SHO) of Mattni Police Station, Peshawar, be condoned till today.

6.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for free competition in all spheres of commercial and economic activity to enhance economic efficiency and to protect consumers from anti-competitive behavior [The Competition Bill, 2010], be condoned till today.

7.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for free competition in all spheres of commercial and economic activity to enhance economic efficiency and to protect consumers from anti-competitive behavior [The Competition Bill, 2010].

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

10.    DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to provide for establishment of a High Court for Islamabad Capital Territory [The Islamabad High Court Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
