ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister
for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that under sub-rule (2) of
rule 3 of the Rules for Conduct of Business of the Mediation Committee,
Chairman Senate may be authorized to nominate eight Members including its Vice Chairman,
as Members of the Mediation Committee on the Bill to establish NFC Institute of
Engineering and Technology Multan [The NFC Institute of Engineering and
Technology Multan Bill, 2009] as passed by the National Assembly and not passed
by the Senate within ninety days.
4. MS. HINA RABBANI KHAR, Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs, to move that the Bill to grant degree awarding
status to the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics [The Pakistan
Institute of Development Economics Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing
Committee, be taken into consideration at once.
