3.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on Law, Justice and Human Rights and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards [The Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards Bill, 2004], be condoned till today.
