3. Minister-in-Charge of the Law and Justice to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances as required by clause (2) (a) (ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

i)	The Sacked Employees (Reinstatement) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.II of 2009)
ii)	The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.IV of 2009)
iii)	The National Vocational and Technical Education Commission Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.VI of 2009)

M O T I O N

4. Discussion on the following motion moved by Syed Nayyer Hussain Bokhari, Leader of the House, on 21^st April, 2009:-

“This House expresses its deep gratitude to the President of Pakistan for his address to both the Houses assembled together on 28^th March, 2009.”
