ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the  Senate “the Shariah Nizam-e-Adl Regulation, 2009” submitted by the Governor of NWFP to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan alongwith a copy of Resolution unanimously passed by the National Assembly in its meeting held on 13th April, 2009.

R E S O L U T I O N S

 

10.      PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends the government to review the fees, service and other charges formula of the local and foreign banks operating in Pakistan.”.  

 

11.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in each city and village of the country to save people from water borne diseases.”. 

 

12.      MST. AFIA ZIA to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that effective steps be taken to control unemployment in the country.”.

 

13.      PROF. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that effective steps be taken to provide basic needs of life to the people of rural areas of the country on priority basis.”.

“This House recommends that amount of outstanding loans granted by the government for the construction of houses to the affectees of 8th October, 2005 earthquake be written off.”.
