3. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, to lay on the Table of the Senate report of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security.

4. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, to lay on the table an authenticated copy of the Address of the President of Pakistan made under Article 56(3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan before the two Houses assembled together on the 28^th March, 2009 as required by sub-rule (2) of rule 29 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988.
