(R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 5th September, 2012, regarding the details of roads, with lengthwise breakup, constructed by the National Highway Authority (NHA), during the financial years 2009-10 and 2010-11 in each Province, Federal Capital, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK, be condoned till today.

6.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD DAUD KHAN ACHAKZAI, ADVOCATE, Chairman, Standing Committee on Communications, to present report of the Committee on Starred Question No. 9, asked by Senator Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 5th September, 2012, regarding the details of roads, with lengthwise breakup, constructed by the National Highway Authority (NHA), during the financial years 2009-10 and 2010-11 in each Province, Federal Capital, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK.

7.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD DAUD KHAN ACHAKZAI, ADVOCATE, Chairman, Standing Committee on Communications, to move under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, that the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on Starred Question No. 4, asked by former Senator Abdul Rauf on 4th February, 2014, regarding damage caused to roads due to overloaded trucks and heavy trawlers and the steps taken by the Government in this regard, be condoned till today.

LAYING A COPY OF THE MONEY BILL

 

11.    MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to lay before the Senate a copy of the Money Bill, the Income Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2015, (Ordinance          No. XV of 2015), under Article 73 of the Constitution.

 

12.    MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Senate may make recommendations, if any, to the National Assembly on the Money Bill, the Income Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2015, (Ordinance No. XV of 2015), under Article 73 of the Constitution.

13.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law and Justice, to move for leave under rule 115 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, to withdraw the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards Bill, 2004.

15.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law and Justice, to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015.

The Islamabad Capital Territory Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015.

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

16.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal [The Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

17.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal [The Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

 

18.    SENATOR FARHATULLAH BABAR, to draw attention of the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, to a matter of public importance regarding the appointment of National Security Advisor which calls for revisiting the Rules of Business, 1973 for a clear cut division of responsibility amongst various State Institutions.
