3.             SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the privilege motion moved by Senator Saeed Ghani, on 20th August, 2013, against the M.D. Pakistan Security Printing Corporation and Officials of the Finance Division for misleading and providing incorrect information to the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, be condoned till today.

4.             SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee on the privilege motion moved by Senator Saeed Ghani, on 20th August, 2013, against the M.D. Pakistan Security Printing Corporation and Officials of the Finance Division for misleading and providing incorrect information to the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges.

5.             SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the breach of privilege arising out of non-provision of replies to the Senate starred questions Nos. 50 and 51 by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, be condoned till today.

(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee on the breach of privilege arising out of non-provision of replies to the Senate starred questions Nos. 50 and 51 by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
