the requirements of rule 121 read with rule 99 of the said rules be dispensed
with in order to take into consideration the Bill further to amend the
Anti-terrorism Act, 1997 [The Anti-terrorism (Amendment) Bill, 2014], as
reported by the Standing Committee.

Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar
