ORDINANCE TO BE LAID

3.      MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to lay before the Senate the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2014, (Ordinance No. III of 2014) as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

LAYING A COPY OF THE MONEY BILL

4. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to lay before the Senate a copy of the Money Bill, the Sales Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2014, under Article 73 (1) of the Constitution, for making recommendations, if any, thereon to the National Assembly.

5. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Senate may make recommendations, to the National Assembly on the Money Bill, the Sales Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2014, under Article 73 (1) of the Constitution.
