SENATOR MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on Law and Justice, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on an Ordinance further to amend the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999 [The National Accountability (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010 (XVIII of 2010)], be condoned till today.
