MOTION

 

3.      MR. FAROOQ HAMID NAEK, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that under rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the requirement of sub-rule (2) of rule 99 of the said rules be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Twenty-Second Amendment) Bill, 2012], as reported by the Standing Committee.

4.      MR. FAROOQ HAMID NAEK, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Twenty-Second Amendment) Bill, 2012], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

5.      MR. FAROOQ HAMID NAEK, Minister for Law and Justice, to move that the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Twenty-Second Amendment) Bill, 2012] be passed.

6.      MR. A. REHMAN MALIK, Minister for Interior, to wind up debate on the following motion moved by Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on his behalf and on behalf of Mr. Hamza on 6th September, 2012:-

 

“The House may discuss the law and order situation in the country with particular reference to target killings and sectarian violence in Balochistan, Karachi and Gilgit-Baltistan.”.
