18.     MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2008], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

19.     MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2008] be passed.

R E S O L U T I O N S

 

23.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government may take effective steps for provision of free education in the country.”.     

 

24.      PROF. KHURSHID AHMED, PROF. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN AND MST. AFIA ZIA to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House expresses deep concern over increasing number of traffic accidents on national highways particularly over the accident of a bus of Millat School on Motorway-I and resolves that the Government must ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, rules and regulations.”

“The House recommends that the Government may constitute a Judicial Commission to recover looted money from respective persons.”.

“This House recommends that Friday may be declared as weekly holiday instead of Sunday.”.

“This House recommends that the Government may regulate the working of deep sea huge trawlers to preserve coastal economy and protect the interest of small fishermen of coastal areas of the country.”.

The House may discuss the health policy of the Government with particular reference to registration and pricing of drugs, National Health Programmes and formation of drug regulatory authority in the light of 18th Amendment in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”.
