3.      MIAN RAZA RABBANI to introduce the Bill further to amend the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956 [The State Bank of Pakistan (Amendment) Bill, 2010].

 

4.      MIAN RAZA RABBANI to move for leave to introduce a Bill to repeal the SBP Banking Services Corporation Ordinance, 2001 [The SBP Banking Services Corporation Ordinance (Repeal) Bill, 2010].

6.      Discussion on the following resolution moved by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro on 27th July, 2009:-

 

“This House recommends that the loans written off by the Government Departments, Banks and Financial Institutions so far may be recovered immediately.”.           

 

7.      Discussion on the following resolution moved by Mr. Muhammad Talha Mahmood on 5th October, 2009:-

 

 

“The House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in each city and village of the country to save the people from water borne diseases.”.

8.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The Senate of Pakistan expresses its grave concern and sorrow on the sentence awarded to Pakistani National Dr. Afia Siddiqui by an American Court and demands the Government of Pakistan to take effective steps to get her released immediately.”.

 

9.      Begum Najma Hameed to move the following resolution:-

 

"This House recommends that the Government may take steps to monitor tuition fee charged by all private schools, colleges and universities in the country.".

 

10.    HAFIZ RASHID AHMAD to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government may allow the IDPs from FATA to get their unregistered vehicles registered on payment of 50% duty/taxes.”.

 

11.    DR. MUHAMMAD ISMAIL BULEDI to move the following resolution:-        

 

“This House recommends that effective measures be taken by the Government for use of Urdu as an official language and for other purposes on priority basis.”. 

 

12.    MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO to move the following resolution:-

 

"This House recommends that the Government may notify/declare the Late Mohterma Benazir Bhutto as “Martyr of Democracy” and adorn her with the award of “Martyr of Democracy” on 23rd March, 2010.”.

16.    MR. SABIR ALI BALOCH to move that this House may discuss the situation arising out of sale of spurious drugs in the country and the steps taken by the Government to curb this menace.
