3.      SENATOR SHAHID HASSAN BUGTI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat, Inter-Provincial Coordination and Special Initiatives, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Service Tribunals Act, 1973 [The Service Tribunals (Amendment) Bill, 2007], be condoned till today.

ORDINANCES TO BE LAID

 

7.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances, as required by clause (2)(a)(ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

 

 

i.

The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.XXXII  of 2009).

 

ii.

The Recognition and Enforcement (Arbitration Agreements and Foreign Arbitral Awards) Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.XXXIII of 2009).
