Islamabad: Deputy Chairman Senate, Syedal Khan Nasar, met with former Member of the National Assembly, former Senator, prominent tribal leader, and Central Secretary of Pashtunkhwa Awami Party, Nawab Ayaz Khan Jogezai, at Parliament House, Islamabad.
During the meeting, both leaders exchanged views on a range of issues concerning Balochistan, including provincial development, public welfare, employment opportunities, the future of youth, and the overall political and economic situation of the country.
On the occasion, Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar stated that Balochistan is an important and resource-rich province of Pakistan, and its development is closely linked with the progress and prosperity of the entire country. He added that the government, through continued consultation with all stakeholders, is introducing measures to reduce public hardships, strengthen economic stability, promote business activities, and create new employment opportunities.
The Deputy Chairman Senate further stated that special focus is being given in the upcoming budget to provide relief to salaried individuals as well as vulnerable and underprivileged segments of society, with the objective of improving living standards and enhancing public prosperity. He remarked that the budget is being formulated in accordance with public needs and national priorities.
