Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani attended the wedding reception (Walima) of the son of prominent Multan figure Malik Zahoor Ahmed Hammar here on Sunday.
Sajjada Nashin of Darbar Golra Sharif Pir Qutab-ul-Haq Gilani, Member National Assembly Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani, along with other dignitaries and local notables, were also present at the ceremony.
Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani congratulated Malik Zahoor Ahmed Hammar on the occasion and extended his best wishes and prayers for the newlywed couple.
On the occasion, the dignitaries met the Chairman Senate and expressed their pleasure at his presence among them. Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani also interacted with guests and local residents attending the event.
