Chairman Senate said that pashtun traditions are based on respect and love for humanity. "Happy Pashtun Culture Day to all the peace loving and cultured pashtuns of the world with best wishes of peace and love for the world of humanity". he said.
Pakistan is a multicultural country and every culture has its unique characteristics.He said that pashtun values teach solidarity, bravery, unity and harmony and positive thinking beyond all prejudices.
He, however, called for working in unison to make country prosper and overcome challenges. This unity in diversity can best help us in achieving the goals of national development and peace.
