7.      MS. SASSUI PALIJO to draw attention of the Minister for Defence to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding the destruction of homes and infrastructure along the working boundary due to heavy mortar shelling from the Indian side.

8.      Periodical reports by Ministers on the following matters referred by the House, under rule 265A of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012:-

 

 

(i)

Report by the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division regarding charging of tax on the free domestic air tickets being issued to the employees of PIA, raised by Senator Khushbakht Shujat, on 14th April, 2015;

 

(ii)

Report by the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division regarding non existence of entry/exit roads for a number of educational institutions established in Sector H-8, Islamabad, which creates a serious problem of traffic flow at the opening and closing hours, raised by Senator Muhammad Talha Mehmood, on 14th April, 2015;

 

 

 

(iii)

Report by the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division about non-provision of funds from BISP to the women of remote areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and lack of staff therein, raised by Senator Sitara Ayaz, on 5th May, 2015;

 

 

(iv)

Report by the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, regarding increase in the fee by the Private Educational Institutes for paying income tax instead of paying the same out of their income, raised by former Senator Abdul Latif Ansari, on 5th May, 2015; and

 

 

(v)

Report by the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, regarding confiscation of agricultural products like wheat and rice by the customs officials on the pretext of controlling smuggling. The Senator urged the Government that the said products should not be included in the category of smuggling, raised by Senator Muhammad Usman Khan Kakar, on 19th May, 2015.

9.      MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move under rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, that the requirement of rule 121 read with sub-rule (2) of rule 99 of the said Rules, be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill to provide for the incorporation and functioning of credit bureaus and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto [The Credit Bureaus Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee.

MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to provide for the incorporation and functioning of credit bureaus and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto [The Credit Bureaus Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

11.    MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to provide for the incorporation and functioning of credit bureaus and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto [The Credit Bureaus Bill, 2015] be passed.

KHURRAM DASTGIR KHAN, Minister for Commerce, to move under rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, that the requirement of sub-rule (2) of rule 99 of the said Rules, be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill to amend the Safeguard Measures Ordinance, 2002 [The Safeguard Measures (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee.
