SENATOR ABDUL REHMAN MALIK, Chairman, Standing Committee on Interior and Narcotics Control, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the time for presentation of report of the Committee on Demand No.15 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, referred by the Chairman Senate during the Senate sitting held on 14th May, 2015, for consideration and report within two months which was further extended till 12th September, 2015, be extended for a further period of 30 working days as more time is needed for presentation of report to the House.

MIR ISRARULLAH KHAN ZEHRI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Petroleum and
Natural Resources, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of
Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the time for
presentation of report of the Committee on the Demand
Nos.7, 8, 10, 11 and 16 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, referred by the Chairman Senate during the
sitting held on 14th May, 2015, for consideration and report within two
months which was further extended by the Chairman Senate till 12th
September, 2015, be extended for a further period of 30 working days, as more time is needed for thorough examination of the said demands.
19. SENATOR
MUHAMMAD JAVED ABBASI to move that this
House may discuss the present status of FATA and the possibility of changing
this status according to the will of the people of those areas.
20. SENATOR SAMINA ABID to move that this House may discuss the overall security
conditions at and around Tarbela Dam and the need for
taking stringent security measures to protect the Dam.
21. SENATOR
COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may
discuss the situation arising out of non-vacation of government quarters by the
Estate Office Islamabad from the unauthorized occupants.
22. SENATOR
MIR KABEER AHMED MUHAMMAD SHAHI to move that this House may
discuss the present status of implementation of Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan
Package pertaining to the Ministry of Water and Power with particular reference
to the posts reserved for Balochistan under that package.
23. SENATOR
MOHSIN AZIZ to move that this
House may discuss the distressing situation arising out of Government’s recent
decision to increase the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Gas tariff along-with the GIDC.
24. SENATOR MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move the following resolution:-
“The House recommends that the Government should launch low
cost housing schemes for the homeless families in the country.".
25. SENATOR SARDAR MUHAMMAD AZAM
KHAN MUSAKHEL to
move the following resolution:-
"This House
recommends that the 33 KV transmission line laid out in Sherani,
Zhob and Musakhel districts of Balochistan
should be replaced with 132 KV line as the present transmission line does
not have the capacity to supply electricity to further villages in those
districts.".
26. SENATOR FARHATULLAH BABAR to move the following resolution:-
"This House
calls upon the Government to enact appropriate legislation making provisions
for revision of decisions in the cases taken up under clause (3) of Article 184
of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.".
27. SENATOR MOHAMMAD AZAM KHAN SWATI to move the following resolution:-
"This House
recommends that the Election Commission of Pakistan should evolve an effective
mechanism to check and verify the truthfulness of the statements of assets and
liabilities submitted to it by the parliamentarians, to award punishment in
case of making false statement and to frame rules in this regard, if required.".
28. SENATOR
COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-
"This
House recommends that the Government should take immediate steps to improve
service of PIA.".
