2.      Further discussion on the following motion moved by Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan on 13th April, 2015:-

 

“This House may discuss the overall performance of the banking sector in the country with particular reference to the lack of lending to private sector and small and medium sized enterprises.”.

 

3.      Discussion on the following motion moved by Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 4th May, 2015:-

 

“The House may discuss the steps being taken by the Government to provide speedy and inexpensive justice in the country.”.

 

4.      Discussion on the following motion moved by Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 4th May, 2015:-

 

“The House may discuss the situation arising out of the spread of hepatitis disease in the country.”.

 

MOTIONS

(Under Rule 218)

 

5.      MRS. RUBINA IRFAN to move that this House may discuss the issue of kidnapping of new born babies from different Federal Government Hospitals in the country.

 

6.      COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss natural gas load shedding in the country.

 

7.      DR. JEHANZEB JAMALDINI to move that this House may discuss the overall position of gas reservoirs in the country with particular reference to Iran-Pakistan (IP) Gas Pipeline and Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) projects.

 

8.      MIR KABEER AHMED MUHAMMAD SHAHI to move that this House may discuss the situation arising out of low water level in Balochistan.

 

9.      MR. MUHAMMAD USMAN KHAN KAKAR to move that this House may discuss the situation arising out of intrusion of FC in the affairs / authority of the Provincial Government and interference in provincial autonomy of Balochistan with particular reference to the agreement / contract made by FC with illegal lease owners of coal mines in Harnai and imposition of taxes on the same at their own.

 

RESOLUTIONS

 

10.    MR. MOHSIN AZIZ to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that ban on new / extension in Industrial / Commercial gas connections in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa be lifted on account of protection given under Article 158 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”.

 

11.    MRS. RUBINA KHALID, MS. SITARA AYAZ, MRS. ZAHIDA KHAN, MS. AYESHA RAZA FAROOQ, MRS. NASEEMA EHSAN, MRS. RUBINA IRFAN, MS. SAMINA ABID, MS. SASSUI PALIJO AND MST. GUL BASHRA to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House strongly condemns the barring of women from casting their votes in the Bye-Election of PK-95, Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, held on 7th May, 2015 which is blatant violation of the Constitution and basic human rights.”.

 

12.    MR. SIRAJUL HAQ to move the following resolution:-

 

                             “This House recommends that the Government should make necessary arrangements for payment of pension to the pensioners near their residences.”.

 

13.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

                             “This House recommends to the Government to fix same amount as pension to all the retired Government Servants irrespective of their date of retirement.”.

 

14.    MR. SIRAJUL HAQ to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should reinstate the quota reserved earlier in Karachi Port Trust for appointment of children of employees of that Trust.”.
