3. Admissibility of the following Adjournment Motions will be
determined:-

No.04(115)/2015-M, notice given of by Mr. Saeed Ghani, Mr. Muhammad Ali Khan Saif
and Mr. Osman Saifullah
Khan to discuss the merger of KASB Bank with Bank Islami; and
(ii)
Adj. Motion No.06(115)/2015-M notice given of by Mr. Mushahid Hussain
Syed to discuss the front page story in Pakistani Press
citing the article of Mr. Seymour Hersh, a prominent
American Journalist, in which he says that the American raid on the hideout of
Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad on May 1, 2011, was
carried out with covert connivance of Senior Pakistani officials.
4. Motion to be moved under
rule 204 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012,
that the Chairman Senate in consultation with the Leader of the House and Leader
of the Opposition may constitute a Special Committee, comprising the members
from all political parties having equal representation from the four Provinces
and representation from FATA, on the project of Pak-China Economic Corridor.

draw attention of the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs,
Statistics and Privatization to a matter of sufficient public importance
regarding delay in announcement of 8th NFC award.

discussion on the following Motion moved by the Minister-in-Charge Cabinet Secretariat on 6th May,
2015:-
“That the House may discuss the Annual Report on the Observance and Implementation
of the Principles of Policy in relation to the affairs of the Federation for
the year 2011-2012, laid on the Table of the
House on 12th August, 2014.”.

7. MR. SHAHI SYED to draw attention of the
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs to a matter of sufficient
public importance regarding imprisonment of sixteen Pakistani Nationals in the
prisons of Israel.
