2.      SENATOR HAJI MOHAMMAD ADEEL, Chairman, Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on a Point of Order raised by Senator Sardar Ali Khan, on 30th December, 2014, regarding the status of land allotted for construction of Pakistan Embassy in Muscat, Oman, be condoned till today.

13.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2015]. (Amendment of paragraph (h) of Article 37)

 

14.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to introduce the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2015].

 

15.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2015]. (Omission of clause (2) of Article 248)

 

16.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to introduce the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2015].

 

17.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for education and propagation of the Holy Quran as per recitation, translation, learning by heart and correct pronunciation [The Education of the Holy Quran according to Recitation by Sighting and with Translation, Learning by Heart and with Correct Pronunciation Bill, 2015].

 

18.    HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to introduce the Bill to provide for education and propagation of the Holy Quran as per recitation, translation, learning by heart and correct pronunciation [The Education of the Holy Quran according to Recitation by Sighting and with Translation, Learning by Heart and with Correct Pronunciation Bill, 2015].

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

19.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI AND SYED ZAFAR ALI SHAH to move that the Bill further to amend the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, in its application to the Islamabad Capital Territory [The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

20.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI AND SYED ZAFAR ALI SHAH to move that the Bill further to amend the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, in its application to the Islamabad Capital Territory [The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

21.    SYEDA SUGHRA IMAM to move that the Bill further to amend the Privatization Commission Ordinance, 2000 [The Privatization Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

22.    SYEDA SUGHRA IMAM to move that the Bill further to amend the Privatization Commission Ordinance, 2000 [The Privatization Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

RESOLUTIONS

 

23.    MR. KARIM AHMED KHAWAJA to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should take effective steps to check the sea intrusion along the coastal areas of Balochistan and Sindh particularly Karachi, Thatta and Badin.”.

 

24.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should take immediate steps to establish Universities in each district of the country.”.

 

25.    SYED MUZAFAR HUSSAIN SHAH to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should provide subsidy on manufacturing and import of mechanized agricultural implements.”.

 

26.    MRS. SEHAR KAMRAN to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should take effective steps to allocate sufficient time for telecasting social service programmes like promotion of agriculture and education and to create awareness amongst the people about proper use of water and energy on official and private media channels in the country.”.

 

27.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government should take immediate steps to conduct 6th Housing and Population Census in the country.”.

28.    NAWABZADA SAIFULLAH MAGSI to move that this House may discuss the overall position of education standards in the country at present.

 

29.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the overall performance of National Highway Authority with particular reference to the maintenance of Motorways and National Highways in the country.

 

30.    MRS. SEHAR KAMRAN to move that this House may discuss the overall performance of Federal Government Hospitals with particular reference to availability of facilities of various tests and provisions of free medicines to the out door patients.

 

31.    NAWABZADA SAIFULLAH MAGSI to move that this House may discuss the Federal Government decision of merging Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) into Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal.

 

32.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the overall condition of the economy of the country.
