that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of
Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the
Committee on starred question No. 57, asked by Senator Syeda Sughra Imam on 28th
February, 2014, regarding the criteria laid down for creation of a new Ministry/Division,
be condoned till today.

present report of the Committee on the privilege motion moved by Senator Abdul Rauf on 16th April, 2014, regarding the behaviour of Deputy Commissioner South, Karachi.
9. SENATOR
MUHAMMAD YOUSAF, Chairman, Standing Committee on
Petroleum and Natural Resources, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of
the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay
in presentation of report of the Committee on a Calling Attention Notice moved
by Senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour on 6th August, 2008, regarding
financial loss to the Government by issuing permission to different parties to
export Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene Oil to Afghanistan, be condoned till today.

16. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ
DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and
Privatization to lay before the Senate the Federal
Accounts for the Financial year 2012-2013 and the reports of Auditor General
thereon for the Audit year 2013-2014 as required under Article 171 of the
Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
ORDINANCES TO BE LAID
17. SHAIKH AFTAB AHMED, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs,
to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances as required by
clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan:-
(i) The Electoral Rolls (Amendment) Ordinance, 2014,
(Ordinance No. VII of 2014).
(ii) The
Delimitation of Constituencies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2014, (Ordinance No.
VIII of 2014).

CALLING
ATTENTION NOTICE
19. SENATOR MRS. SAEEDA IQBAL to draw attention of the Minister
for Interior and Narcotics Control to a matter of sufficient public importance
regarding the acquisition of land by the Islamabad Administration in the area
of village Malot, Tehsil
and District Islamabad for housing scheme of Supreme Court Bar Association of
Pakistan without consent of the owners of the land.
